By accessing and using ZooData, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
ZooData provides agent-directed data collection and e-commerce intelligence services, including product search, market analysis, competitor lookup, and AI review insights. Our intelligence layer currently focuses on e-commerce platforms, with additional verticals in development.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse our services or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access our systems in unauthorized ways or using the service for any illegal purposes.
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription tier. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of access.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
ZooData provides access to e-commerce data observable from public sources. ZooData does not grant Customer any rights in third-party content, including but not limited to product listings, images, trademarks, or copyrighted text owned by any e-commerce platform whose data is referenced through the Service. Customer is responsible for determining the lawful use of returned data, including compliance with applicable copyright, database rights, and the terms of service of source platforms.
ZooData has no affiliation, association, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship by any third-party e-commerce platform whose data is referenced or accessible through the Service. Mention of these platforms is descriptive only and constitutes nominative fair use under applicable trademark law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOODATA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days following written notice. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally settled through court procedures.
